These Terms explain how Taskyard works and the rules for using the platform.
Plain-language summary for clarity (not legal advice).
You’re responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and ensuring information you provide is accurate.
Taskyard connects clients and creators. When you start a contract, both parties collaborate in a workspace (messages, files, deliverables).
If a creator lists requirements (supported files, turnaround time, inputs needed), clients should follow them to avoid delays.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Taskyard may hold funds as part of payment protection until approval or other release conditions are met. Fees, taxes, chargebacks, and disputes may affect timing.
If you suspect abuse or a security issue, contact security@taskyard.ai or visit Security.
Taskyard and its branding are protected by intellectual property laws.
Creators retain rights to their work unless otherwise agreed between client and creator. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload and share the content they provide.
Content you upload or create inside a contract (messages, attachments, deliverables) is used to run the workspace and is visible to the relevant contract parties. Please avoid uploading secrets you do not want shared.
For more details on how we handle personal data, see Privacy Policy.
Taskyard is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform and users.
